About the Organisation

Anyinginyi Health Aboriginal Corporation is a multi-disciplinary organisation which provides primary health care services to the Aboriginal people of Tennant Creek and the surrounding Barkly region.

About the Opportunity

Anyinginyi is currently looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to join their team in Tennant Creek, NT, as part of the Maternal Early Childhood Sustained Home-visiting (MECSH) program.

Working closely with Anyinginyi's multidisciplinary Health Team, you will be taking an integrated, community-based approach to maternal/early child health, providing primary health care and a range of assessment, screening, support, advice, and referral services to vulnerable or at risk mothers in Tennant Creek and nearby communities.

Specific areas of support services delivery include:

  • Child health and development;
  • Infant and child nutrition;
  • Maternal and Neonatal care;
  • Home safety for children;
  • Parenting skills; and
  • Assisting with clinical skills training, preparing child health resources/material for ongoing staff education needs as required.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package circa $105,157 - $112,975 plus super, negotiable based on your skills and experience.
