About the Opportunity

Mental Health Victoria now has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead their NDIS Recovery-oriented Psychosocial Disability Support (ROPDS) Project team in Elsternwick, Melbourne. This role is being offered as a 12 month, part-time contract (26.25 hours per week), with days and times negotiable depending on your needs. There is also the possibility that the role will be extended.

Reporting to and working closely with the Director Workforce Development and Learning, you'll be leading a team of two staff (1.6 FTE), and also be providing project management support and capability to an additional two smaller, already underway NDIS workforce development projects.

NDIS Recovery-oriented Psychosocial Disability Support Project –A new nation-wide project to identify and lead a market-informed, standardised approach to professional development, working with providers to develop a shared understanding of core competencies and expand their capacity to support participants with psychosocial disabilities.

NDIS Workforce Development (Psychosocial Capabilities) Project - A state-wide project to translate an already completed capability framework into a workforce capability building program.

From Survive to Thrive: Building the resilience and wellbeing of the NDIS Workforce Project - focussed on the development of two professional development programs for the NDIS workforce around worker wellbeing and resilience.
