About the Opportunity

Due to continued growth, Mercy Community now has exciting opportunities for multiple NDIS Support Workers to join their teams in Gladstone, Mackay and Caboolture on a permanent, full-time basis, with flexible working arrangements on offer.

The Support Worker role is critical to the organisation, being the first point of contact for individuals with NDIS funding. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-level support to NDIS clients and enhance their quality of life.

Key duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting clients across a variety of daily activities and in developing general life skills;
• Dealing with emergency situations including critical incidents involving the health and safety of clients;
• Liaising with other Support Workers and stakeholders within the Mercy Community network; and
• Adhering to the Mercy Community values and promoting the mission and vision of the organisation.
