GTNT Group currently has an opportunity for a Program Manager to join their team in Tennant Creek, NT on a full-time permanent basis.
Reporting to the Employment Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Juno Program in the Tennant Creek region.
The Juno Program ensures participants have the appropriate foundation skills, opportunities to work within structured work placements to lead to ongoing employment or apprenticeship pathway.
More specifically, your day to day duties will include (but not be limited to):
Please Note: Whilst primarily based in Tennant Creek, you may occasionally need to travel to neighbouring communities throughout the region via 4WD.

More importantly, you must demonstrate a high level of cultural competence, including a respect and understanding of the cultural complexities of the local Tennant Creek community and surrounding regions.
Whilst a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) would be preferred, candidates who have not completed or not currently completed must be prepared to undertake studies in completing the TAE (GTNT Groups to cover training expenses).
With effective communication, stakeholder and program management skills, you will be confident in building the program from the ground up, establishing contacts and liaising with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders, including department CEOs and local Council officials, to achieve positive employment outcomes for the participants you recruit into this initiative.
It's crucial that you have a genuine interest in seeing people succeed, and are committed to supporting your participants as they grow their skills into successful careers.
Finally, you will be computer literate and comfortable using or learning a range of software, with an ability to complete a range of administrative and report related duties.
Please note: Due to the nature of this role you will need a current, unrestricted NT Driver's Licence and must hold, or be willing and able to obtain, a Working with Children (Ochre) Card and police clearance.
This is a unique opportunity to mentor and support individuals to further develop their skills and abilities with the aim of transitioning into real employment outcomes.

You will also have full access to a company vehicle, including private use, as well as negotiable relocation assistance and rental assistance; and with 5 weeks annual leave and your birthday off each year you'll benefit from a fantastic work/life balance.
GTNTGroup ensures their staff are supported with ongoing training and development opportunities, including 8 study days per year, and access to a fully-funded TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, for candidates requiring the qualification!
