As a not-for-profit, human services organisation Aspire4Life are passionate about providing bespoke solutions which have the needs of the individual at their core. We tailor inclusive planning, assessment and short-term case management services that are delivered with respect and understanding.
We partner with government organisations and other like-minded leaders in the community to deliver a number of programs, including My Aged Care Regional Assessment Services, the Department of Veteran Affairs Home Care Assessment Agency program and the Department of Health Community Visitors Scheme.
Aspire4Life has several rewarding opportunities for passionate Home Support Assessors to join our team in South east Sydney and North Sydney Aged care planning regions on a full-time or part-time basis. Undertake a holistic style assessment, underpinned by a wellness and reablement approach, supporting clients to remain independent, healthy, and continue to live independently in their chosen community.
This role will see you visiting clients in their homes to complete a thorough in-home assessment. You will work remotely and autonomously, with most of your day spent on the road and in clients homes. There will also be a component of administrative work which you'll have the freedom to complete from wherever you feel most productive, such as from home or from your local cafe.
The role is autonomous, but you won't ever feel like your on your own. Our scheduling team will work tirelessly to ensure your schedule each day runs smoothly, and that you have the time and resources you need to complete each assessment to a high standard.

Technology is not only the way we predominantly communicate as a remote team, it is also the way we report and document, the way we learn, and the way we participate.
This role gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of individuals and whole communities. In return for your dedication, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from $61,000 to $78,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
