About the Opportunity

Due to service expansion, inTouch currently has a newly-created opportunity for a strategic Family Violence Practice Lead to join their innovate and driven organisation working across Richmond and Dandenong, VIC on a full-time ongoing basis.

Reporting to the Executive Manager - Client Services you will lead, support, and implement clinical risk mitigation across the organisation.

Moreover, you will work across the Client Services Team, working closely with the team leaders, to drive change and continuous improvement processes to ensure the delivery of safe and effective client services, including crisis response.

Some of your key duties will include, but will not be confined to:

  • Engaging with staff and team leaders to review and understand the current service delivery model and how it fits within the broader service sector framework;
  • Leading change within the direct service team, including the implementation of crisis response, in accordance with MARAM and FSV guidelines;
  • Developing strategies for monitoring and evaluating the quality and impact of direct services;
  • Leading clinical risk mitigation strategies across the organisation; and
  • Supporting the Executive Leadership Team in developing and maintaining a strong strategic focus in line with the broader sector reform.
