NWRH currently has an opportunity for a Central Intake Support Officer to join their passionate team based in Townsville, QLD on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Team Leader Practice Support, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the intake, triage and scheduling of all NWRH clients. This is a busy administrative/reception position providing efficient, accurate and reliable client-focused customer service.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all new and current referrals to the organisation
  • Maintaining positive and productive relationships with a range of diverse stakeholders
  • Conducting initial contact and needs identifications for referrals
  • Maintaining accurate individual client files and databases in accordance with NWRH policies and procedures
  • Effectively and efficiently screening client records to ensure that all relevant information is correct and current in order for referrals to be progressed to appointments

An attractive remuneration is on offer circa $49,726-$53,235 + super, commensurate with your skills and experience.
