About the Organisation

The Tiwi Islands Training and Employment Board (TITEB) was established by the Tiwi Land Council to coordinate all training and employment activities on the Tiwi Islands. TITEB is owned and managed by a Tiwi Board of Directors, with offices in Wurrumiyanga, Milikapiti & Pirlangimpi and Darwin.

TITEB is nationally registered as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO #4742) under the Australian Quality Training Framework.

About the Opportunity

TITEB now has an opportunity for a full-time Community Development Program (CDP) Site Manager to join the team on the Tiwi Islands, Northern Territory.

Reporting directly to the CDP Manager, you will primarily be responsible for providing effective leadership of CDP activities and implementation of activities/projects that meet community needs and are compliant with the CDP program requirements.

Your direct report includes an employment consultant that manages the day to day running of the programs and participants.

TITEB will reward the successful candidate with a generously attractive remuneration package circa $79,000 (dependent on skills and experience) plus super, $15,900 of salary sacrifice options, subsidised accommodation with all amenities provided and 6 weeks annual leave!

You will have the pleasure of remote living in a stunning location with the access to all amenities provided by metropolitan Australia, with major supermarket chains making deliveries to the island from Darwin (only a 20min flight or 2.5 hour ferry away!)
