The role

We are seeking a dynamic Planning & Performance Analyst to support the implementation of our strategy and business plan! Working in a small friendly, and motivated team and reporting to the Strategic PMO Manager, you will be:

• Promoting a consistent approach to the delivery of operational imperatives through effective performance analysis, and an evidence-based approach to business planning
• Supporting performance reporting against business plan activities, enabling assessment and prioritisation
• Partnering with the business to ensure performance standards and measures are maintained, providing timely and accurate reports and advice on planning and performance analysis
• Supporting the PMO Manager in implementing our strategy and commissioning framework through major program design and commissioning projects

Who we are looking for

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Experience in supporting strategic and business planning processes at an enterprise-wide level
• Knowledge of and experience in business planning and performance analysis methodologies
• Experience in organisational performance reporting at strategic and operational levels, including key performance indicators
• Knowledge of, and experience in the practical application of project management disciplines (varied levels, size and scope)
• An ability to be agile and flexible in your approach to work, with a continuous improvement and driving change mindset
• A relevant tertiary qualifications in health and/or business-related discipline (preferred)
