THE ROLE

You will be responsible for creating new partnerships with schools across Australia. Your role will be connecting and meeting with schools to learn about their needs and goals. You will develop growth and sales strategies for our offerings in order to achieve targets and stimulate organisational growth.

A BIT ABOUT US

Elephant Ed send youthful, relatable and highly-trained facilitators to hundreds of schools across Australia to facilitate interactive consent, respectful relationships and sexuality education workshops.

Every year, we empower more than 100,000 young people to make informed, positive and safe decisions.

IN A NUTSHELL:

  • Creating new school partnerships
  • Setting up meetings with prospective schools through a range of strategies, including phone, email and marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences and pursuing networking opportunities
  • Administrative duties, including utilising bookings, rostering and CRM software
  • Working closely with the relationships and facilitation teams to ensure the delivery of impactful programs
  • Reporting to the Head of Growth to manage and meet set targets

STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD WITH:

  • Experience in B2B sales and relationship management (experience working with schools and teachers is a bonus)
  • Build strong and meaningful connections in a variety of settings, including via phone, email and in-person
  • Manage competing tasks and work under pressure
  • Work in a team environment
  • Meet deadlines and set targets
