The Quality & Compliance Manager is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Quality Management and Human Resource System that ensures Emma House meets accreditation standards for service delivery and aligns with the strategic plan, and is responsible for embedding a culture of continuous improvement across our organisation.
The position is 0.8 FTE, and based in Warrnambool
This position will be required to take a lead in developing a culture of continuous improvement, and through an integrated approach, engage with staff to implement quality processes, policies and procedures throughout our organisation. As a result, the Quality & Compliance Manager will conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure standards and processes are being followed, and will be the key contact person representing the organisation during audits by external agencies as part of the accreditation and reporting requirements. This role works collaboratively with the Leadership team to identify and implement actions, and enhance organisational quality.
