We are looking for an experienced Tenant Advocate to join the BMTAAS team, located at Katoomba. The position is permanent part time, 21 hours per week, SCHADS award level 6. Salary sacrifice and above award conditions apply.

The role would involve providing information, advice and casework to tenants (including social housing tenants), predominately by phone and carriage of matters from initial advice to hearing at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT). Additionally the role may involve some community education activities, resource development, duty advocacy work at NCAT, and law reform activities.
