Senior Manager Access and Response

Eastern Domestic Violence Service (EDVOS) is seeking a dynamic, strategic and operational leader, to enhance service delivery and outcomes for clients, foster strong relationships with stakeholders and promote positive culture during a period of growth and development.

Working closely with the General Manager of Services and Impact, the Senior Manager Access and Response is responsible for the delivery of high quality, client- centred services and is pivotal in supporting the development of a client- centred and evidence -based service delivery model in line with EDVOS’s new strategic plan (2021-2024), EDVOS’ Theory of Change and broader sector reform.

As part of the leadership team, the Senior Manager Access and Response will be responsible for the ongoing management and leadership of all EDVOS Access and Response teams, including staff based at two Orange Door locations.

ESSENTIAL TO YOUR SUCCESS

We’re looking for someone who strives for operational excellence, is a problem solver and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and:

  • Senior management level experience in service leadership, financial and operational management and workforce development
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Sound academic and practical understanding of evidence-based Family Violence service delivery models and the ability to continually review and develop practice
  • Excellent networking and partnership development skills
  • Significant experience working within both operational and strategic settings
  • Tertiary level qualification in social work or other relevant discipline/s or demonstrated equivalent experience
