The role

We are looking for professionals with a teaching background to join our school implementation team.

You will be part of our client success team, in charge of implementing best practice school learning analytics in schools. This includes:

• design the school onboarding program
• liaise with client schools on implementation planning
• conduct initial product training
• liase with the marketing team on customer success stories
• support users on operations of the system
• present best practice in using data and analytics in schools
• liase with the data team on source systems integration
• consult with school leadership on best practice
