About the role

The Grants Coordinator is a new role supporting the efficient and effective delivery of Ecstra’s growing grants program.

Reporting to our Grants & Partnerships Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide support on day-to-day grant administration including coordinating and collating grant documentation
  • Maintain grant databases and reporting requirements
  • Communicate with current/potential grantee organisations and respond to general grant related queries
  • Support grantees with outcomes reporting frameworks and processes
  • Undertake background research and due diligence associated with Ecstra’s financial wellbeing priority areas
  • Collate and analyse data for reporting requirements
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external reports and briefings

Selection Criteria

The essential skills you will need in this role include

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in grant administration and/or social impact measurement and evaluation frameworks, in or with the for-purpose sector
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to synthesise complex information into practical, logical reporting frameworks
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite skills
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, SmartyGrants, Blackbaud or similar
  • General interest or experience in financial wellbeing and consumer protection issues
