Early Links is an Early Intervention and Disability Inclusion Support Charity offering support for people of all ages with a disability in the Lower and Upper Hunter regions. But we’re so much more! An organisation passionate about supporting inclusion and independence for our clients, we have grown significantly in the past 5 years. We are as passionate about looking after our staff as we are our clients, and have a vibrant, energetic and caring culture as a result.

We have a positive and welcoming culture organisation wide, and our psychology team is truly nurturing. Using a transdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach, we work predominantly with children, adolescents, and families, branching out into adult clients as well.

The Role

Servicing NDIS participants we work to creatively meet our clients’ needs. This role involves opportunity for training in specialist assessments and group program delivery. We are looking for someone who shares in our values of delivering high quality and long-lasting support, building the capacity and independence of our clients, and furthering our positive and rewarding work environment.

About You

To be successful in the role you will need the following:

  • Registration with AHPRA (clinical, general, or provisional)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Driver’s licence and reliable car
