In support of EACH and Uniting successfully winning the Monash Health tender for the EIPSR (Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response) program, we are very pleased to announce several new career opportunities to support this new, exciting and innovative partnership.

The program will lead a new way of supporting people with psychosocial issues specifically working to support our clients in their personal recovery journey, achieve set goals, increase independence, functionality, and community connections.

Who we're looking for

Our EIPSR team Casey Cardinia is looking for a dedicated leader with a background in delivering community mental health services in partnership with clinical services. You will be degree qualified in a health-related discipline such as Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Nursing. This opportunity to make a difference in leading a new team of service professionals, while providing variety in your day by combining your clinical and administrative expertise might make you our ideal candidate!

You will be a highly motivated multitasker with outstanding communication and listening skills, as well as demonstrated ability to form effective partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. Bring your knowledge of applying relevant legislation, related policy and awareness of current trends in mental health service delivery along with your customer-centred approach to the position.

What you'll be doing

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing the EIPSR Team Casey Cardinia to achieve a high level of service delivery whilst working flexibly and collaboratively across the EIPSR and other EACH services.

You'll build relationships with the community and with key stakeholders, participate in recruitment, manage budgets and overseeing expenditure, confirm operational agreements and data reporting. Your role will also incorporate motivating and supporting staff to perform with a strong emphasis on customer service whilst encouraging them to meet the program's targets.

Who you'll be working with

You will report directly to the Manager EIPSR RESTART and Pathways to Resilience with the support of the Area Manager and other Team Leaders, whilst leading a team of 4 including Recovery Specialist and Peer Support Workers
