Who we're looking for

If you're an AHPRA registered Psychologist or provisional Psychologist, accredited Mental Health Social Worker, registered Occupational Therapist or a Registered Nurse, have experience leading a multidisciplinary team, enjoy variety in your day, and working closely with other service delivery professionals, you might be exactly the person we're looking for!

What you'll be doing

Working closely with a diverse and dynamic API team, this full-time API Team Leader role will provide leadership and support for the team in the day-to-day operation of the program, providing supervision, helping to resolve client-related issues and managing a small caseload.

Through facilitating clinical reviews and team meetings you will display your effective leadership skills to encourage the team to perform at a high level and develop their skills.

You will be required to have a demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the delivery of mental health services in a community-based setting and to high risk, marginalised groups. You'll work with a range of stakeholders to ensure program fidelity and the best outcomes for clients.

Who you'll be working with

Working with other professionals across the Narre Warren and Dandenong areas, the program consists of a multi-disciplinary team with six Clinicians including OT's, Social Workers and Psychologists who are all driven and dedicated to giving clients the best possible support.
