In support of EACH and Uniting successfully winning the Monash Health tender for the EIPSR (Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response) program, we are very pleased to announce several new career opportunities to support this new, exciting and innovative partnership.

The program will lead a new way of supporting people with psychosocial issues specifically working to support our clients in their personal recovery journey, achieve set goals, increase independence, functionality, and community connections.

Who we're looking for

Our EIPSR team Casey Cardinia is looking for an experienced Senior Clinician within a community setting to take on this key role and further develop their career with EACH!

You will be degree qualified in a health-related discipline such as Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Nursing. If you want to make a difference by providing clinical leadership to the team and enjoy variety in your day then you might be our ideal candidate!

You will have extensive experience in applying mental health practice and competence in procedures of clinical documentation, risk assessment, WHS and related mental health compliance standards and legislation. Your demonstrated ability to lead by example, form positive partnerships and having highly developed coordination skills will allow you to be successful in this role.

What you'll be doing

As the Senior Clinician, you will have a varied day, providing clinical leadership to a small team, ensure contractual deliverables are met and participate in reflective clinical practice through team engagements. This role will also hold a reduced caseload of up to seven clients.

Who you'll be working with

You will report directly to the Manager EIPSR RESTART with the support of the other Team Leaders while providing clinical leadership to a small team of service delivery professionals.
