Who we're looking for

Our Clinical Psychological Solutions (CPS) team in Taree, NSW in the beautiful Manning Valley, is growing!

If you're a fully registered Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist, with experience in providing mental health care (including the completion of mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and short-term treatment interventions to people experiencing mental health difficulties and/or substance use problems), enjoy collaborating with other professionals and want to make an impact, you might be exactly the person we're looking for!

As part of our Clinical Psychological Solutions team at Taree, you will make a huge difference to a broad client base experiencing a range of life-challenging issues. What you'll be doing

At EACH you'll focus on creating opportunities for equitable outcomes for our clients:

  • Providing short to medium term counselling for adults with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, stress, parenting, family violence, autism, and behavioural/emotional issues
  • Providing psychological assessment reports (e.g. diagnostic reports, treatment reports)
  • Undertaking risk assessment of clients and safety planning with mindfulness to family violence, mental health issues and drug and alcohol misuse
  • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with referring doctors and specialists
  • Taking part in regular clinical case review meetings and multi-disciplinary team meetings to ensure appropriate clinical service pathway and service delivery
  • Using evidence to inform your clinical practice
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of effective therapeutic interventions, supported by EACH's extensive opportunities for professional development
  • Opportunities to provide supervision to Provisional Psychologists if that is your interest.

  • Sex therapy
