Who we're looking for

We're looking for an agile and experienced Project Manager to lead the newly developed High Risk Accommodation Response (HRAR) team. If you have an understanding of and commitment to the Social Model of Health, an ability to hit the ground running and enjoy working with a dynamic group of stakeholders, this might be the opportunity for you!

You will be an exceptional communicator and listener, able to show your capabilities in negotiating, developing, and managing cooperative relationships to ensure those in Supported Residential Services (SRS) are supported effectively.

What you'll be doing

The role of the Project Manager will be to ensure the development and implementation of the High Risk Accommodation Response (HRAR) plan to support the preparedness of these facilities to respond if there was a COVID-19 outbreak within their facilities. You will also be part of the outbreak management team at these facilities and coordinate the implementation of the outbreak management plans.

Your daily tasks will include planning, implementing, monitoring activities related to this plan. It will also include coordinating the project team staff members and sector response to these preparedness activities. You will be highly flexible and adaptable to be able to respond to needs of the project once the assessment period for SRS's is completed and as the project evolves.

Who you'll be working with

Reporting to the Area Manager Southern Melbourne, the Project Manager will manage between 2 and 4 project staff and coordinate with key agencies that include but not limited to, Monash Health, DHHS, ERMHA to deliver the project brief.
