Who we're looking for 

Our Service Strategy team is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join them!

If you hold a qualification in Project Management and/or Community/Human Services, experienced working within a project environment and have the ability to build and create strategic partnerships with diverse groups, then you could be the exact person were looking for!  

You will be a highly analytical thinker with the ability to see the big picture and understand the processes and systems needed to commission newly established programs. You will be experienced in facilitating collaborative action plans and projects across multiple organisations and sectors, where you set priorities, track and report against milestones while using your advanced organisational skills, MS Office skills and PRINCE2 knowledge to support your work. Your highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written, and your ability to create positive relationships from the get-go are important to the success of this role.

What you'll be doing 

Your days will be varied as the Service Strategy Project Coordinator! Where you will be responsible for the development, coordination and delivery of strategic organisational wide projects. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders on the development of services, coordination of activities and ensuring the project outcomes are met. You will also be responsible for the organisations' approach to project administration and management to ensure effective and efficient processes are used, compliance measures are in place and the contract requirements are adhered to.

Who you'll be working with 

Reporting into the Lead - Business Development and Projects, you will be part of the Service Strategy team. We are a small friendly team with a strong customer focus.

The team sits within the organisation's Strategy, Development and Marketing Directorate, alongside Quality and Risk, Service Design, Sector Support and Intake and Access teams.
