Program Manager - Mental Health Services

EACH

Who we are

At EACH, our vision is for a healthy and inclusive community.

Founded on the vision that everyone is entitled to good health, we're one of the nation's leading health and community services providers, offering a broad range of services for over 40 years. Our services include Community Health, Mental Health, NDIS, Counselling, Support for Older Australians and Family Services.

Who we're looking for

EACH is looking for a Program Manager with both leadership and clinical experience working across mental health, family violence and alcohol and other drugs to provide day to day management of programs. If you enjoy leading and inspiring others, variety in your day and working with other service delivery professionals, then we would love to hear from you!

We're looking for someone who will enjoy taking ownership of the position and, in doing so, will make a difference in our clients' lives. To be considered for this role, you will be well rehearsed in leading a team through the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of mental health interventions and recovery-focused activities while delivering to the relevant legislative, regulations and service standards. You will be a natural leader, enthusiastic problem-solver who enjoys developing innovative solutions for your clients by keeping up with the latest trends, whilst maintaining a strong customer focus in your delivery of the solution.

What you'll be doing

It's unlikely that any two days will be the same. You'll hold overall responsibility to ensure programs in the scope of the role meet their contractual financial and service deliverables and effectively partner with a range of stakeholders to monitor the programs progress and targets are met. You'll build relationships with the teams reporting to you, utilising your strong people management skills, promoting growth in the programs and high-quality services.

Who you'll be working with

This position reports directly to the Area Manager, Southern Melbourne, and provides support and guidance to 5 direct reports including 3 Team Leaders and 2 supports. Externally, you'll forge working relationships with stakeholders from several funding bodies as a representative of EACH.

What we offer

EACH offers all staff benefits by offering Not for Profit Salary Packaging, a family-friendly workplace strategy and support through a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program.
