Who we're looking for

If you're an Access Worker, qualified with a tertiary qualification plus relevant experience in Health, Community Services, Mental Health, Disability, Psychology or other relevant and/or related discipline, enjoy variety in your day, and working closely with other service delivery professionals, you might be exactly the person we're looking for!

As part of our Intake Team in the Eastern Region, EACH is looking for a Mental Health NDIS Access Worker to provide support in assisting vulnerable people with Mental Health illness, gathering evidence and submitting a request to the NDIA, making a huge difference to their lives.

What you'll be doing

In this position, you may hold an average of 30 clients who you will assist in advocating and obtaining evidence. You will require a drivers' license to visit and in some cases transport clients, and contact professionals involved. You will liaise with NDIA to submit the Access Request Form and depending on the outcome, may follow up with submitting a review or an appeal.

Who you'll be working with

Working with other professionals within the eastern region within a variety of disciplines, including Occupational Therapists, Physios and Psychologists, our team is dedicated to giving clients the best possible support.
