As part of our Intake Team in the Eastern Region, EACH is looking for a Mental Health NDIS Access Worker to provide support in assisting vulnerable people with Mental Health illness, gathering evidence and submitting a request to the NDIA, making a huge difference to their lives.
In this position, you may hold an average of 30 clients who you will assist in advocating and obtaining evidence. You will require a drivers' license to visit and in some cases transport clients, and contact professionals involved. You will liaise with NDIA to submit the Access Request Form and depending on the outcome, may follow up with submitting a review or an appeal.
Working with other professionals within the eastern region within a variety of disciplines, including Occupational Therapists, Physios and Psychologists, our team is dedicated to giving clients the best possible support.
