Our services include Community Health, Mental Health, NDIS, Counselling, Support for Older Australians and Family Services.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for an accomplished and innovative leader with expertise in the homelessness sector to facilitate and undertake the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of EACH’s newly created Homelessness to Home (H2H) program. As the Manager – Homelessness to Home (H2H) you and your team will be responsible for responding to the needs of community members experiencing homelessness, currently residing in hotel accommodation due to COVID-19. This full-time role is needed for 24 months.

You will be highly-skilled at developing collaborative relationships within your team and across the organisation, building the capacity of your direct reports, and integrating a strengths-based approach across the H2H program. You will have proven experience effectively managing a program, maintaining team accountability towards results whilst proactively pursuing program improvement opportunities.

In this role, you will

  • Draw upon your extensive experience and competency in working with individuals from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and experiences to manage the provision of specialist homelessness services and other health and human services. Through a multidisciplinary integrated mode, clients will be able to then transition from emergency accommodation into medium-term housing and beyond
  • Oversee program implementation and delivery of support services, integrated cross-agency partnerships, evaluation, program reporting, and outcomes
  • Align the H2H team to a clear vision, strategy, and goals, as you lead by example on accountability and communication concerning progress and achievements
  • Apply your data-driven approach to effectively manage and oversee evidence-informed practices across the program concerning homelessness and housing instability.

Who you’ll be working with

You will work closely with the Operations Manager-Housing, partner agencies, including Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services, family violence services, DHHS, and other EACH support services, to achieve positive housing and health outcomes for clients.

The H2H team works with very high levels of flexibility, trust, networking, and collaboration, and members of the team will have strengths in these areas to engage with clients in the community.
