We are looking for an accomplished and innovative leader with expertise in the homelessness sector to facilitate and undertake the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of EACH’s newly created Homelessness to Home (H2H) program. As the Manager – Homelessness to Home (H2H) you and your team will be responsible for responding to the needs of community members experiencing homelessness, currently residing in hotel accommodation due to COVID-19. This full-time role is needed for 24 months.
You will be highly-skilled at developing collaborative relationships within your team and across the organisation, building the capacity of your direct reports, and integrating a strengths-based approach across the H2H program. You will have proven experience effectively managing a program, maintaining team accountability towards results whilst proactively pursuing program improvement opportunities.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager-Housing, partner agencies, including Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services, family violence services, DHHS, and other EACH support services, to achieve positive housing and health outcomes for clients.
The H2H team works with very high levels of flexibility, trust, networking, and collaboration, and members of the team will have strengths in these areas to engage with clients in the community.
