Who we're looking for

If you're a Home Care Worker, qualified in Cert 3 Individual Support/Aged Care and enjoy variety in your day, you might be exactly the person we're looking for!

As part of our team in Outer East Region - Maroondah, Knox and Yarra Ranges, EACH has multiple opportunities for Casual Home Care Workers to join us. In turn you will support the delivery of high-quality customer centric services to assist our customers maintain their independence and enabling them to lead an enriching and fulfilling life.

What you'll be doing

In line with your commitment to customer care, you will have a proven ability to communicate effectively, allowing you to create positive on-going relationships with customers and team members. You will be responsible for implementing individual care or service delivery plans allowing them to achieve identified goals such as cooking, nutrition, social engagement, personal care and budgeting.

We will work together with your availability to create a regular roster of hours which service our clients across the Outer East regions, primarily across the Yarra Ranges area, with additional shifts located in the Knox and Maroondah regions.

Who you'll be working with

Reporting into the Team Leader - Older Adult Services, you will be part of a wider team of service coordinators and case managers to effectively support your customer's needs. It's a team full of dynamic and motivated individuals who are passionate in supporting the health and wellbeing of those effected in their communities.
