As part of our Older Adults team based across the Inner North East, East and Southern Regions, EACH has multiple opportunities for Casual and Part-time Ongoing Home Care Workers to join us. In turn, you will support the delivery of high-quality customer-centric services to assist our customers to maintain their independence and enable them to lead enriching and fulfilling life.
In line with your commitment to customer care, you will have a proven ability to communicate effectively, allowing you to create positive ongoing relationships with customers and team members. You will be responsible for implementing individual care or service delivery plans allowing them to achieve identified goals such as cooking, nutrition, social engagement, personal care and budgeting
You will be working a regular roster of fixed hours (Monday to Friday only) across a couple of sites to service clients in different geographical areas. Therefore, a current state-based Drivers License with a registered vehicle and minimum third-party car insurance is required.

Reporting into the Team Leader - Older Adult Services, you will be part of a wider team of service coordinators and case managers to effectively support your customer's needs. It's a team full of dynamic and motivated individuals who are passionate about supporting the health and wellbeing of those affected in their communities.
