At EACH, our vision is for a healthy and inclusive community.
Founded on the vision that everyone is entitled to good health, we're one of the nation's leading health and community services providers, offering a broad range of services for over 40 years. Our services include Community Health, Mental Health, NDIS, Counselling, Support for Older Australians and Family Services.
If you're a dynamic administrator with project management capabilities, enjoy variety in your day, and working closely with other service delivery professionals, you might be exactly the person we're looking for!
As part of our Partners in Wellbeing - Small Business Wellbeing Program, we are looking a proactive administrator to support an expanding team, bringing exceptional communication skills, a hands-on approach and a 'no job is too small' attitude. Analytical thinkers with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to create positive relationships from the get-go are important to the success of this role.
Your days will be varied. Using your highly developed organisational skills, you will provide a high level of administrative and project support to the team throughout the program's establishment and implementation of processes. Including attending meetings, supporting staff with drafting documents, developing data sheets, reporting, monitoring/tracking of action items and compliance requirements, and liaising with a diverse stakeholder group to support the program.
Reporting into the PIW Small Business Wellbeing Manager, you will be part of a dynamic and motivated team of clinicians who are supporting the mental health and wellbeing of small business owners due to the restrictions associated with COVID-19.
EACH offers all staff benefits by offering Not for Profit Salary Packaging, a family-friendly workplace strategy and support through a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program.
We want to know why you would like to come work with EACH and what you can bring to this role. Please apply with a cover letter and your resume.
