Domestic Violence NSW (DVNSW) is looking for a new Administration Officer to work alongside our Admin and Projects Coordinator to provide and support a range of activities across our organisation. This is a newly created position and an exciting opportunity for an agile administrator to play a pivotal role in the evolution of the organisation.

THE ROLE

The Administration Officer will work alongside the Admin and Projects Coordinator to provide administrative support for the DVNSW team and for our members. This will be a varied role that will require multi-tasking across a range of different projects and will require an agile administrator with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do approach! You will need to be excellent with time management and highly organised, possess strong communication skills and have a workable knowledge of Microsoft 365.

  • Be the first point of contact to a range of stakeholders including over 80 member organisations and sector partners.
  • Manage day to day office requirements and online working arrangements for our team
  • Assist with membership renewal and acquisition process
  • Have the ability to provide referral pathways to members of the community in need of
  • DFV support services
  • Recruit and work alongside volunteers
  • Provide high-level administrative support across the team, supporting meetings and events and fundraising activities including our Christmas and Holiday donation drive.
