From a trade marketing perspective, DUSA aims to be the leader in student marketing, offering brands the opportunity to connect with gen Z and millennial audiences in an authentic, fun and impactful way, which at all times never compromises DUSA’s core purpose and brand values.

Reporting to the General Manager, this autonomous yet collaborative role will focus on continuing to further develop and grow the Corporate Partnerships Program that commenced in 2018.

Working with key internal and external stakeholders including clients (partners), and DUSA’s Marketing, Finance and Student Engagement teams, your role will ensure and contribute to long-term success of DUSA and proactively connect students to our partners.

The role:

Your responsibilities will include maintaining current partnerships while proactively sourcing new commercial partners that fit our shared value model that contribute to a student’s experience. You will be instrumental in creating and maintaining partnership agreements and work plans (including campaigns and events), and work with internal departments to integrate client activity across our owned and available channels and campuses.

In addition, this role will also provide key reports that details the activities and outcomes and update the Salesforce database to maintain client information. Campaign and event development, taking a marketing integration approach.

About you:

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in brand, sponsorship and/or partnerships.
  • Solid connections to key brands / existing networks that our students would benefit from.
  • A solid understanding of marketing, events, promotions and activations.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Organised, adaptable and a true team player.
