The Opportunity

Currently Dragonfly Environmental is seeking a Business Development Manager/Quoting Co-Ordinator (part-time or full-time) with the potential to join the organisation. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the results of Quotes/Sales, ensuring all potential tenders/quotes are submitted on time and are of high quality. You will also support growing the business by finding new opportunities, having constant communication with both potential and existing clients. You will work closely with the General Manager of the company and Site Supervisors. The role is a mix of onsite/outdoors and office-based. Bonus is paid for projects won and can contribute significantly to the base salary. To be successful in this role it is expected that you have experience in ecological projects and cost estimates.

Selection Criteria

• Experience working in Bush Regeneration/ Ecological Restoration/Landscape contracts
• High level of Communication Skills (both verbal and written) and high attention to detail
• Exceptional Time Management
• Good understanding of the method, current techniques & terminology used in the field
• Experience in a similar role working with tenders/quotes
• Positive, proactive attitude & good work ethic
• Driver’s license (and the ability to confidently drive manual)
• Competent using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work autonomously
