A little about your new role

DPV Health is going through exciting cultural transformation called The DPV Health Way that includes a values refresh and a focus on establishing an innovative employee value proposition that will delight our employees and prospective candidates. In this role, you will contribute to the overall success of The DPV Health Way by operating as a leader within the People, Culture and Transformation Directorate.

This role is critical to the delivery of the People Strategy and in this role you will work alongside the GM, People, Culture and Transformation to enhance the employee experience at DPV Health. This role has oversight of the entire employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Engagement, Learning and Development, Talent and Performance, Exiting and Alumni. 

Importantly, the focus of the role in the next 12 months is on Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development. Our aim is to define our employer brand and our unique offering. Our vision is that prospective employees see DPV Health as a values centred, inclusive and client focused organisation that engages their people through purposeful work.

In conjunction to this you will revolutionise our Learning and Development offering to support our people to reach their potential in the workplace and beyond. 

Where you will make a difference:

  • Develop DPV Health’s employer brand and lead our recruitment function through working with our Business Partnering team to execute the Talent Acquisition Strategy.
  • Lead our Learning and Development function and build our Learning and Development Centre of Excellence.
  • Enable magnificent careers at DPV Health by established career pathways and having a robust succession and talent management process in place.
  • Lead the transformation of our performance and values framework (currently underway)
  • Manage our survey platform (Culture Amp) and the feedback and action planning processes

About you

You will be an edgy and innovative thinker when it comes to enhancing the employee experience and have the following qualifications, experience and traits:

  • An energetic and passionate leader with strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness
  • Extensive experience in Organisational Development and/or Talent Acquisition, with a strong emphasis on L&D, engagement and driving culture with demonstrated results
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of content quality
  • A mindset centred on growth and agility, with a thirst for innovation
  • The ability to collaborate and influence to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • The ability to engage and inspire through communications and change management
  • Experience in group facilitation, presentation and design, and coaching and debriefing
  • Strong business/commercial acumen

The fine print

  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Policy Check, hold a valid WWCC and Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme Check
  • Full driver license and travel between sites is required
