In this role, you will contribute to the overall success of The DPV Health Way by operating as a leader within the People, Culture and Transformation Directorate.
This role is critical to the delivery of the People Strategy and in this role you will work alongside the GM, People, Culture and Transformation to enhance the employee experience at DPV Health. This role has oversight of the entire employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Engagement, Learning and Development, Talent and Performance, Exiting and Alumni.
Importantly, the focus of the role in the next 12 months is on Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development. Our aim is to define our employer brand and our unique offering. Our vision is that prospective employees see DPV Health as a values centred, inclusive and client focused organisation that engages their people through purposeful work.
