Founded in 2002, Dog and Bone is an Independent strategic ICT consultancy and a ‘purpose driven’ business. Our mission is to empower other purpose driven organisations to leverage technology to build a better world.

The role

We are looking for someone with drive and commitment, who shares our values and wants a rewarding role supporting a broad client base predominantly in the Not for Profit sector.

In this role you will:

• Lead a growing team to deliver independent ongoing services to our client portfolio.
• Collaborate with key consultants to build and support Dog and Bone client relationships.
• Support departmental and organisational strategy decision making.
• Get exposure to a broad array of technical, strategic and business skills under our leadership group.

Skills and experience

You have:

• At least 2-3 years' experience leading a team in an externally facing technology related environment (telecommunications experience valued).
• The ability to be ‘hands on’ to deliver departmental commitments with the team
• Experience in fostering a positive and productive work culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver complicated messages in a non-technical way.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to write and present reports internally and externally in a clear and concise manner.
• The ability to see the big picture and collaborate with organisational leadership to achieve business initiatives.
• The capacity to link client challenges to potential solutions.
