The Role

We’re passionate about supporting the NFP and purpose driven sector to achieve their missions by making technology work for them, and are looking for an experienced marketing specialist to spread the word of our own mission, services and impact to help potential clients understand how can we support them.

Reporting to the CEO, the position Marketing and Communications Manager will see you work closely with our Sales, operations and consulting teams to develop content and campaigns that contribute to the growth and development of our business. You will lead the development of marketing strategies and follow them through to execution, creating effective campaigns and content that attracts inbound leads across multiple platforms. This role will also see you plan and manage events, develop marketing materials, maintain our website, and provide ownership over and leadership to our team on our brand guidelines.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, and thrives working in a fast-paced environment. You share a similar philosophy to our own and have at least have 3+ years working in a B2B marketing role. You may have come from a technology, consultancy, or purpose-driven organisation, or be looking to continue your career at an ethical organisation. You are enthusiastic, ethical and hands-on in your approach to marketing. You have a passion for supporting the NFP sector and communicating impact of purpose driven organisations.

You are an outstanding communicator and content creator, with the ability to deliver complicated messages in a non-technical way, bridging the gap between business and technology. You have demonstrated experience designing and developing campaigns and content that speaks to qualified prospects and converting them into leads and clients. You have a strong attention to detail, are well organised and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are a flexible and adaptable individual who can work autonomously but also collaboratively as part of a team.

Tenure: Full time, with Part-time also considered. This position offers flexible working arrangements and a hybrid working environment, working from the office 2 days per week (Mondays and Thursdays) with other work day/s negotiable to work from home.
