The Company:

Our client Is a well-established not-for-profit organisation based within the health sector. They have a working focus to improve health outcomes for people affected by a particular condition and need support. Not only do they work with industry professionals, they also work along side consumer organisations and government departments.

The Role:

Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for managing a revenue generating program that helps people make better health choices about products and services. You will also be responsible for developing, implementing, managing and evaluating partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the business plan for the program which includes a schedule of strategies
  • Research, recommend and engage corporate partners to participate in the SC program
  • Undertake and manage partner contractual negotiations
  • Prepare regular Board reports and other updates on the program and associated activities
  • In conjunction with the CEO and Operations Manager, develop and administer contracts and risk management documents
  • Work closely with the communications team to facilitate the execution of marketing and communications plans.

Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a relevant senior position
  • Proven experience in developing, leading, planning, implementing and measuring partnerships.
  • Excellent stakeholder relations skills and ability to deal with a diverse range of organisations and people
  • Strong relationship skills and capacity to manage stakeholder relationships
  • Well-developed commercial negotiating skills and business acumen
  • Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels
  • Experience working for a not-for-profit organisation would be highly regarded, as would some health industry experience
