This is an exciting opportunity for a Member Relations Admin Coordinator to join Diversity Council Australia (DCA)
The Role
- Part time – Full time role (flexible) working from DCA offices in either Sydney or Melbourne (Hybrid Work from Home Arrangements available)
- Opportunity to work with a leading not for profit member organisation, reporting to the Members & Advisory Director

Member Relations Team
- Managing the administrative aspect of DCA’s Workshops/Knowledge Programs which will be delivered by a panel of DCA consultants
- Providing high-level administrative support to Member Relations Team including diary management for the Member Relations Director
- Be point of contact for the panel of DCA consultants
- Letting members/potential members know about other services DCA offers including DCA Workshops/Knowledge Programs
- Ensure that all elements of speaking engagements, knowledge programs and other bookings are arranged and ensure out of pockets costs are recouped where possible
- Diary management for panel of DCA consultants who will be delivered DCA’s training including co-ordination of internal and external meetings, virtual meetings and phone teleconferences.
- Other general day to day administration tasks
- Administrative work associated with onboarding new DCA consultants
- Updating the CRM (Civi) and ensuring the membership team are updated
Skills & Experiences
- An honest and trustworthy manner
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills & attention to detail
- Experience with CRM Civi (preferred)
- Passionate about Social Justice, diversity & inclusion and DCA values
- Self-starter with plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
- Minimum 3 years prior directly relevant administration experience, preferably in the membership and/or not for profit sector
