  • School-based Programs (SbAT) ie Horticulture, Hospitality, Screen and Media;
  • Short Courses, and;
  • English Language Programs.

Our courses are generally delivered through blended learning and assessment methodologies including both online and face-to-face (in the classroom and/or workplace or work placement).

The Role:

To provide leadership and coordination of courses and to deliver quality programs that align with community and vocational needs that meet the desired outcomes in terms of progression and completion rates.

This is a permanent full time position.

Your Duties:

Working as part of a dedicated team you will:

  • Effectively manage a team of program staff by articulating expected standards of performance, providing effective feedback and coaching staff that require development;
  • Ensure the effective coordination and delivery of classes;
  • Implement the trainer support strategy;
  • Timetable classes and allocate training staff.

About You:

You will have:

  • A tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Adult Education, Community Development or related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience;
  • Minimum five years generalist experience in relevant leadership role in an RTO or relevant organisation;
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, management and influencing skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to lead and work in a multidisciplinary team.
