Multicultural Community Services Geelong (MCSG) is the new organisation arising from the merger of Diversitat and Multicultural Aged Care Services. With an annual budget of $34 million, we have an ambitious strategic intent to provide services to support, care for and celebrate culturally diverse individuals through their life journey.

Our success will be underpinned by our leadership, culture and operational excellence.

As the Manager, Employment Services you will have responsibility for leading service delivery for three diverse but related employment initiatives, these encompassing a Jobs Victoria Employment Service, a Community Employment Connector program and the Reconnect program. These services are focused on the needs of CALD communities and provide a range of services related to job preparation and post-employment support as well as strengthening the overall capacity of stakeholders to provide sustainable support to job seekers and employees.

The successful applicant will have worked in a leadership role with CALD communities and possess significant experience within the employment sector.

We are seeking a leader with the proven ability to set and maintain a positive team culture and implement high quality service delivery and outcomes, consistently delivered in an efficient and effective manner.

This is an exciting role leading a team of experienced practitioners and offers a real opportunity to influence and shape the delivery of employment support to the CALD communities we work alongside.
