Diversitat Training, (part of Geelong Ethnic Communities Council Inc. trading as Diversitat) has delivered national training to individuals and industry since 1997. We specialise in the ‘care economy’ with qualifications, accredited courses and non-accredited programs in the following areas:

  • Community Services;
  • Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community);
  • Disability;
  • Early Childhood Education and Care;
  • Education Support;
  • DisAbility Training Programs;
  • School-based Programs (SbAT) ie Horticulture, Hospitality, Screen and Media;
  • Short Courses, and;
  • English Language Programs.

Our courses are generally delivered through blended learning and assessment methodologies including both online and face-to-face (in the classroom and/or workplace or work placement).

The Role:

You will implement and complete Diversitat’s plan to ensure full compliance and delivery of all aspects of the plan for assessment by ASQA.

This is a maximum term full time position until July 2021.

Your Duties:

Working as part of a dedicated team you will:

  • Manage risk and identify quality issues;
  • Data and records management including developing systems and action plans to record evidence and actions taken accurately;
  • Provide support and guidance to the Training team to ensure full compliance;
  • Manage continuous improvement processes and records, and communicate to staff and management on changes in legislation and regulatory requirements.

About You:

You will have:

  • Qualification in Auditing or Quality Systems or demonstrated experience;
  • Ability to identify risk and solutions, using risk analysis frameworks;
  • Experience interpreting compliance procedures and tools;
  • Three to five years’ experience working within a compliance officer/coordinator role within an Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
