We are a successful and growing not for profit organisation established over 10 years ago. We offer a comprehensive range of client focused psychological services including assessment, intervention, counselling and training. Primarily we see people in the community, rather than in the office, and work all across Victoria (Metropolitan and Rural regions), as well as in other states and territories where specialist psychology services are required.

Offering both face to face and telehealth services we are busier than ever and growing our client base all the time. As such we now seek a dynamic and experienced self starter to join our team in the newly created role of Practice Manager.

This critical role will have overall responsibility for the provision of high level practice management and administrative support for the team including overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations, and ensuring efficiency of client services through the development, implementation, and refinement of systems and processes.

Your responsibilities will cover clinical management, accounts payable and receivable, facilities management, process improvement as well as the day to day administrative responsibilities required of a Clinical Practice Manager.

The successful candidate will have 3 - 5 years experience in a Practice Manager role preferably within a clinical setting. You will be a self starter with exceptional organisational skills and the ability and passion for working autonomously. Your technical systems know-how combined with your attention to detail and your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will ensure your success in this highly sought after role.

Experience and understanding of TAC, Worksafe, NDIS billing / invoice systems is essential.

This is a full-time position working standard business hours across Monday to Friday with some flexibility around start and finish times.
