What do we do?

Established almost 40 years ago, DLi provides In-home support, accommodation, supported independent living and a variety of community inclusion services to people living with a disability. DLi is also extremely proud to be the home of our newly launched innovative and state of the art, purpose-built specialist therapy space, offering a facility surpassing any other in Australia.

What will you do?

You will be committed to ensuring our clients are able to live their best life whilst getting the most out of their NDIS plan. As a service focused person, you will be prepared to go out of your way to accommodate the needs of our clients. Working closely with our service delivery team you will be responsible for the provisioning of supports to people with a disability in their home or the community, coordinating great outcomes for our clients and staff across our range of services and programs. You will work collaboratively with our Program Managers to ensure our clients receive the highest level of support across our range of services and programs. You will do this by matching the skills, qualifications and experiences of our support workers with the individual needs and goals of our valued clients.

Who are you and what will you bring?

You will use your exceptional customer service skills to build trusting relationships with our staff, clients and families. Working in a supportive team, you will provide flexible, accurate, appropriate and timely allocation of resources to meet clients’ service needs. You will be skilled in identifying where staffing resources are or are likely to be insufficient to meet need and communicate this to our Workforce Planning team.

You will have a passion for continuous improvement, attention to detail, accurate data entry, high level organisation and time management which will ensure our clients receive the care and service they deserve. It is preferable that you have scheduling experience in a similar role. You will have flexibility to work across a 7 day roster between the hours of 7am – 9pm.
