What do we do?

Established almost 40 years ago, DLi provides In-home support, accommodation, supported independent living and a variety of community inclusion services to people living with a disability. DLi is also extremely proud to be the home of our newly launched innovative and state of the art, purpose-built specialist therapy space.

What will you do?

You will be responsible for making a significant contribution to enhancing the lives of individuals living with a disability. You will do this by promoting and encouraging skills development, independence and quality of life for people with a disability.

You will achieve this by demonstrating professional, person-centred practice. Your key focus area will relate to positive behaviour support planning, including functional behaviour analysis, development, implementation and training in positive and proactive strategies.

Your experience and knowledge working with individuals, their families, staff and other professionals will contribute to our person-centred approach. You will be pivotal in supporting clients to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will be highly motivated and person centred, with a high level of self-awareness.
