Directions Disability Support Services (Directions) has provided personalised and individually tailored support for people with disability and their families for over 25 years, and has developed a strong reputation for high quality relationship-based services throughout Perth.
As a member of the leadership team, the key purpose of this position is to lead the quality, compliance and safeguarding of our client services. The position guides the provision of high quality services and supports to people with a disability and will be pivotal in leading the implementation of the requirements under the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission.
Based in our Maddington office, this position also provides management, leadership and strategic direction to Directions’ Support Coordination Team, and will hold a small case load of Support Coordination clients.
