We are committed to achieving the best outcomes for the Traditional Owners of the Central Desert region of Western Australia and to assisting our clients to use their traditional lands to fulfil their highest social, cultural and economic aspirations.

This role is an exceptional opportunity to provide leadership and coordination to the Kiwirrkurra Men’s Ranger Team. Working closely with the Kiwirrkurra Indigenous Protected Area (IPA) Coordinator, the role will support a range of Indigenous land management activities on Kiwirrkurra country and beyond.

The Kiwirrkurra IPA and Ranger Team is a high achieving program with established partnerships, funding and projects. These are exceptional opportunities led by strong traditional owners.

  • Work effectively with Aboriginal people to achieve shared goals;
  • Show appropriate initiative and work productively with limited supervision;

The successful person will be based in our Alice Springs office and must be available to travel to remote desert communities. The position will require approximately two weeks per month field time throughout the field season.
