Fantastic career opening, offering flexible work conditions and work/life balance. As the Database Coordinator you will be responsible for all database matters in support of fundraising strategies and campaigns using Salesforce CRM.
Responsibilities will include:
- Data entry, data extraction and reporting
- Maintain the integrity and security of the Database
- Work closely with business stakeholders to collect and maintain data in the CRM
- Managing incoming supporter enquiries, analysing and reporting on supporter data
- Regular importing of new data, data cleansing and deduping
- Manage data between systems including 3rd party platforms
- Develop and maintain manual documentation and policies
- Perform User training as required
- Handle incoming supporter queries
- Provide data files and manage data collections from marketing campaigns
- Adhere to marketing and fundraising policies and procedures
- Contribute as part of a team to future fundraising and marketing strategies
Successful criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in CRM database management and reporting
- Experience with Salesforce administration is highly desired
- NFP industry experience is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of customer/supporter retention strategies and processes
- Ability to analyse data with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills relating to people from a diverse range of cultures
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders, supporters and donors
- Ability to use initiative, take direction and work with minimum supervision
- Capable of multitasking and prioritising with sound organisational, planning and time management skills
