This national cause is seeking an enthusiastic Fundraiser to manage a variety of state based events, relationships and partnerships for Victoria.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage state based fundraising activities to ensure fundraising growth and goals are achieved
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new fundraisers
• Grow participation rates of local fundraising community based events
• Lead activities in relation to other income streams such as Major Gifts, Bequests and Corporate Partners
• Manage and coordinate peer to peer fundraising platforms, provide reporting and analysis
• CRM and database integrity and accuracy
• Raise awareness of the brand in the local community
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers for events where required
• Support on national fundraising initiatives and strategies

Successful criteria:

• Proven track record of success working in a fundraising management role
• Excellent working knowledge of peer to peer fundraising platforms
• Well-developed communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Some social media and marketing skills highly regarded
• Effective relationship builder
• Willingness to travel interstate when required
• Proactive, creative, “can do” attitude and enthusiastic
• Able to act and manage autonomously as well as work as part of a national team
