Senior Program Officers will have strong skills and experience in leadership, program/project management, stakeholder engagement and contract management. A strategic thinker, you will bring demonstrated expertise in one or more relevant areas such as; social impact/social procurement, commercial acumen, reverse auction processes, responsible sourcing, sustainability and reporting.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

Mandatory:

• High level program management skills and significant experience in designing and delivering projects and programs of work
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
• High level influencing and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable:

• Recognised qualifications or certification in program/project management would be highly regarded
• Understanding of government environments and decision making would be treated favourably
• Experience in the areas of sustainability, renewable energy, energy efficiency or similar would be treated favourably

These are fixed term positions available for a period of 2 years. Preferred Base Location: Morwell.
(Flexibility may be negotiated for a base location of Melbourne CBD where requested by the successful applicant)
