We are looking for outstanding people to join our dynamic team and help tackle some of the most important challenges facing our world today.

Play a crucial role to design, enhance, and improve Solar Victoria's suite of programs by providing strategic policy advice and supporting program delivery, through evaluation, research and analysis of opportunities and risks.

Strong communication skills with high level experience in policy design and development is essential.

We are looking for people with different levels of experience and we value diversity of skills and backgrounds. This is an outstanding opportunity to do meaningful work on an ambitious agenda to accelerate the clean energy transition and the reduction of emissions to tackle climate change.

Roles are available across a range of Solar Victoria programs including Zero Emissions Vehicles, Home Heating and Cooling, Solar Homes, Solar for Business, and future energy policy, working across a variety of these as required.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • An appropriate tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in high level policy and program development and implementation is desirable
  • Knowledge of fiscal policy, energy policy, transport policy or climate change policy is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working with government processes is desirable but not essential.

Multiple positions are available with both 18 month and 24-month terms.

Preferred location is at our brand-new state of the art headquarters at the GovHub building in Morwell however, a Melbourne CBD location can also be negotiated.
