POSITION SCOPE

The purpose of this role is to support the Aboriginal Workforce Development Officer in performance of generalist HR duties including assisting with recruitment, workforce planning, training and development, employee relations, employee wellbeing, performance management, Workcover and employee benefits in line with organisational policies and procedures as well as government requirements.
