The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to the Aged and Disability Care Coordinator in the delivery of social support group, individual support, personal care, domestic assistance and property maintenance. The role will act as the first point of contact for Home and Community Care (HACC) clients, enquiries for Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). On the job training will be provided by the Aged and Disability Coordinator and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to undertake a Certificate level qualification in a relevant field.
